Putting a spooky twist on elrow's world-renowned, immersive production, elrow Halloween Haunted House will open a portal, unleashing a world of spooky spectres, bloodied beasts, ghastly ghouls and the strangest, scariest creatures imagined in the darkest of nightmares.

This Saturday (October, 28) sees a number of big events taking place including Hearts v Rangers at BT Murrayfield, Elrow at Ingliston’s Royal Highland Centre and party goers out celebrating Halloween.

The final fixture will be played at BT Murrayfield on Saturday 28th October when Hearts take on Rangers (12.30pm kick off).

Edinburgh Trams has scooped the coveted Operator of the Year title at a prestigious awards event celebrating excellence in the light rail sector.

As well as winning the top award, it was Highly Commended in the Most Improved System category at the Global Light Rail Awards in London on Wednesday (October 4).

The annual event highlights exceptional innovation, performance and customer service and the city’s tramway also made the shortlists for the Best Customer Initiative, Team of the Year and Project of the Year under €50m awards.

Every year, the Global Light Rail Awards highlights exceptional innovation, performance and customer service across a range of categories and Edinburgh Trams has been shortlisted in five of them.

As well as nominating it for the coveted Operator of the Year title, awards judges were also impressed with the company’s entries for Best Customer Initiative, Team of the Year, Most Improved System and Project of the Year under €50m.

One of the oldest rivalries in Scottish rugby is returning to BT Murrayfield at the weekend, and Edinburgh Trams is gearing up to help fans get to the heart of the action.

On Saturday, September 23, the stadium will host the Royal Bank of Scotland Scottish Rugby Varsity match between Edinburgh and St Andrews universities, and previous encounters have seen over 10,000 supporters flock to the stands.
