Tune up your air guitars and comb out your best head-banging locks – AC/DC bring the POWER UP Tour to Edinburgh next week!

As always, we’ll be providing our own electrically powered trams (DC, in case you were wondering) to help fans get to and from the concerts, with extra trams out on the network before and after the Thursday night show.

Plan your travel in advance

We’ll expect the network to be very busy, so please make sure you leave plenty of time for travel before the show starts.

You can book your tickets in advance using the Edinburgh Ticket website to pre-purchase tram-only tickets. Alternatively, use our new Tap On, Tap Off service to pay for your travel with a contactless card or device. However you choose to pay for your travel, make sure you keep hold of your tram ticket, as a gateline will be in place at Murrayfield before and after the show.

Parking around the stadium is extremely limited – skip the hassle, and park at Ingliston Park & Ride for free instead, which has over 1000 free spaces, meaning you can park & glide right to Murrayfield tram stop.

We'll be running extra trams before and after the show to make sure you can

Venue Information

Entry times aren't confirmed yet, but it's expected that gates will open around 5pm, and approximate show times will be published on the Murrayfield event page here closer to the time.

Murrayfield Stadium has a strict A4 bag policy, so you’ll need to leave your guitar cases at home. More information about what you can and can’t bring into the stadium can be found on their dedicated event page.
