Scotland face Australia in Edinburgh on Sunday 7th November and taking the tram to BT Murrayfield Stadium couldn’t be easier!

With frequent services from Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, the tram is a convenient and reliable way to travel to and from the stadium.

Rugby fans can avoid traffic by parking at Ingliston Park & Ride which has over 1000 free spaces available, including electric vehicle charging points.

The ‘Adult Rugby Return’ and ‘Child Rugby Return’ tickets are perfect for travelling to Murrayfield from any tram stop except Edinburgh Airport. For those planning a family rugby day, the ‘Family Day Tripper’ ticket is valid for a day’s tram travel for up to 2 adults plus up to 3 under 16s at only £7.50.

Tickets can be pre-purchased online and downloaded or printed before travel.

Lea Harrison, Edinburgh Trams Managing Director said:

With our new pre-purchase ticket options and with trams from every 3 minutes before and after the game, getting to BT Murrayfield by tram couldn’t be easier.

We look forward to welcoming fans onboard and we hope they experience the best that Edinburgh and its rugby season have to offer.

Scotland v Australia kicks off at 2:15pm and is the second of the four autumn internationals to be played in 2021.

Scots secured a record 53-24 win over Australia in their last encounter at Murrayfield in 2017.
