A fantastic ticket deal from Edinburgh’s expanding tram system is delivering even better value for money and additional flexibility for anyone returning to work following the festive holidays.

Offering unlimited travel in the City Zone, which covers all stops between Ingliston Park & Ride and St Andrew Square, discounted bundles of tram day tickets can be purchased on the ‘et app’ from just £9.50.

In addition to daily tram tickets, Weekly City Zone Tickets and 28-Day Tickets are all available on Edinburgh Trams’ ‘et app’ which can be downloaded from either Google Play or App Store.

Lea Harrison, the tram operator’s Managing Director, commented:

As many commuters return to their daily jobs after the festive period, we want to make it as convenient as possible for anyone who travels to work by tram by offering them a host of money-saving ticket deals.

Since the traditional commute has changed over the last couple of days, these discounted bundles of tram tickets have already proved popular with people who work from home as well as in the office and love this flexible way to pay for travel.

A short-hop ticket option can also be purchased on the ‘et app’, which offers a single trip between Gogarburn and Edinburgh Park Station for just £1 while 28 days of unlimited travel are only £45. Further details about all the operator's value-for-money ticket offers can be found here.
