A new ticket deal from Edinburgh’s acclaimed tram network is offering even better value for money and flexibility for commuters adjusting to post-pandemic working patterns.

Allowing unlimited travel in the City Zone, which covers all stops between Ingliston Park & Ride and St Andrew Square, discounted bundles of tram day tickets are available on the ‘et app’ from £9.50.

There is also the option to purchase Weekly City Zone Tickets, which include seven consecutive days of unlimited tram travel, as well as a 28-Day Ticket for just £45.

For added convenience, these tickets can easily be bought on the tram operator’s ‘et app’ which can now be downloaded from either Google Play or App Store.

Edinburgh Trams’ Managing Director Lea Harrison explained:

We’re constantly looking at ways to make tram travel even more convenient while offering customers the best possible value.

As the traditional commute has changed over the past couple of years, with more people working from home as well as the office, there couldn’t be a better time to introduce this flexible way to pay for travel.

These discounted bundles of tram day tickets are ideal for anyone adjusting to ‘hybrid’ working or making more regular trips to the office.

Offering a single tram trip between Gogarburn and Edinburgh Park Station for just £1, a short-hop deal can also be purchased on the ‘et app’ and further details about Edinburgh Trams’ host of tickets are available here.
