Rock and Roll legends Bon Jovi are taking to the stage here in Edinburgh this month, as they bring their FOREVER TOUR to Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium on Friday 28 August for what is sure to be an unforgettable night of live music.
Marking their much-anticipated return to live touring, the GRAMMY Award winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band will be bringing a mixture of their classic hits and new songs – so get polished up on your lyrics to sing the night away!
Due to the disruption on Princes Street, trams are currently still running a part route service from Edinburgh Airport – West End only.
With the busy festival season, the disruption on Princes Street and diversions in place across the city, tram and bus services are likely to be busy. So please ensure you plan your journey and make travel arrangements in advance.
Doors are expected to open at 17:00 hrs and we’ll be running additional services before and after the show. However, if you’re heading towards the city centre, the West End is only a 15–20-minute walk to/from the stadium.
The fastest way to pay for your tram travel is by Tapping On and Tapping Off with a contactless card or device at platform validators. You can make use of contactless daily capping, which works together with Lothian services, so you can hop from tram to bus. Just remember to Tap OFF when leaving the tram platform.
If you’re making your way to the concert from outside the city, Ingliston Park & Ride has thousands of parking spaces, so you can park for free and glide on the tram to the game. Alternatively, tram services have connections at Edinburgh Gateway, Edinburgh Park Station, and Haymarket train stations.
A gateline will be in place at Murrayfield Stadium, so please ensure you have a valid tram ticket for your travel.
