Edinburgh Trams has been awarded a prestigious Certificate of Excellence award from the world’s leading travel advice website.
The coveted endorsement recognises consistently outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, where eight out of ten contributors rate the tramway as either excellent or very good.
This latest accolade follows hot on the heels of a near-perfect 99 per cent customer satisfaction score from the respected Transport Focus organisation, which ranked Edinburgh Trams as the No.1 transport operator in the UK.

Thanks to the positive comments from reviewers, Edinburgh Trams is entitled to use the distinctive TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence logo in its marketing, offering first-time users additional peace of mind that they will receive a first-class service.
