Time to nominate your Tram Hero!

Edinburgh’s award-winning tram network is urging customers to nominate a member of its team as their ‘Tram Hero’, with a chance to win a special treat!

As part of the company’s National Customer Service Week celebrations, Edinburgh Trams is giving away a £50 voucher, which can be spent at St James Quarter, to the winner of this week-long event.

To enter a free draw for the prize, all they need to do is send the name of their favourite front-line staff who has given excellent customer service to [email protected] before 5:00 pm today, Friday, October 7. Customers can also nominate their Tram Hero via the live chat on the operator’s website.

What's more, members of the Edinburgh Trams team gave away breakfast bars at all city centre tram stops (West End, Princes Street, and St Andrew Square) this morning, from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, to thank customers for their loyalty.
