It’s National Customer Service Week!

National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Running from Monday 2nd until Friday 6th October, the Institute of Customer Service has themed each day:

  • Monday – Voice of the Customer
  • Tuesday – Rise to the Challenge
  • Wednesday – Getting the Board on board
  • Thursday – Unlocking Your Potential
  • Friday – Recognition
