As an overlay TSA, my duties and responsibilites vary from on-board TSAs. I'm mainly based at Edinburgh Airport or in the city centre. I provide assistance to passengers needing tickets, directions or general Edinburgh information. We have a fantastic team here that I really enjoy working with. Being involved in big events at Murrayfield can be a challenge but really rewarding.
Previous Jobs
I have mainly worked in customers services type roles inlcuding positions with Lidl and Ford's the Bakers.
What made you want to work for Edinburgh Trams:
Living in Edinburgh, I watched the tramline construction from start to finish and thought it would be good to be part of such a historical Edinburgh project.
What is your best funny story:
A passenger at the airport once asked me where he could get a bus to Scotland!
