Passengers on Edinburgh Trams are in for a literary treat this Friday lunchtime (27 November) when two acclaimed authors jump on board for a special reading. Cathy Renztenbrink (The Last Act of Love) and Douglas Lindsay (The Legend of Barney Thomson) will be sharing selected passages from ‘Journeys’ – featuring stories from writers across Scotland.
Edinburgh Trams is partnering Edinburgh Airport, Jet2.com and Lothian Buses to give Twitter and Facebook users the chance to win flights for two by simply voting online for their favourite destination.
The #TakeMe2 competition - which starts on Tuesday 24th November - will highlight Jet2.com’s 12 new destinations from Edinburgh Airport for 2016; Dalaman, Tenerife, Vienna, Zante, Kefalonia, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Heraklion, Pathos, Alicante, Larnaca, and Rhodes. Social media users will be invited to vote for their favourite to win.
As the 'Red Eye' trial comes to an end, Edinburgh Trams would like to hear from you.
