Do you identify with having a mobility issue, physical disability or use an assistive device such as mobility scooter, cane, frame etc.?

We are working with Heriot Watt University to look at how well we meet the needs of users who have any type of mobility issue or a physical disability. This may be in terms of the costs, availability of the service, physical elements of the trams or platforms which support mobility issues or act as barriers.

What does taking part involve?

In this study, you will be asked to complete a tram journey with the researcher. During the journey the researcher will ask you questions about your experiences, how often you use the tram, how you feel the tram supports your needs and any suggestions you may have which could improve your experience. This will be a conversation, where you contribute as much or as little information as you wish to any question.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. It will take about 30 minutes of your time. However, the researcher will pay the price of your journey ticket. All information collected will be anonymous.

To participate or further information.
