To help mark National Customer Service Week (October 3 – 7), Edinburgh Trams is planning a number of activities, giveaways and an iPad Mini competition as a thank you to customers.

The five-day celebration is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in businesses across the UK.

Throughout the week our customer service team will be sharing the love by treating lucky customers to breakfast and even some special Edinburgh Tram love heart sweets at selected tram stops. 

We’ll also be giving a way an iPad Mini to one lucky customer who likes and reviews us on Facebook, starting with the phrase ‘I love Edinburgh Trams because…

Finally, we’ll also be making some exciting announcements of things to come and reminding you of some of our previous achievements.

The iPad mini Facebook competition closes at midnight on 09/10/2016. A winner will be selected and announced shortly after. The competition is not open to employees, friends or family of TfE employees.
