As we look towards the Autumn, we’re recruiting for Ticket Inspectors (known as Ticketing Services Assistants) to join our Customer Experience Team.
As a Ticketing Services Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, while protecting revenue for the organisation by ensuring everyone on board has a valid ticket, smartcard or mticket.
This is a full-time, shift work position with all duties starting and finishing at our Gogar Tram Depot near Edinburgh Gateway.
