Following the First Minister’s update, we’d like to share some important information with our customers.

Travel Advice

It is now more important than ever before that our customers follow the government guidance when travelling by public transport. Please read our latest travel advice.

Level 4, Lockdown & Your Services

Despite Level 4 restrictions tightening, we are committed to offering a tram service for those who need to make essential journeys. Therefore, we will continue to operate services at least every 15 minutes. However, this will be kept under constant review in line with demand and latest government guidance.

Please note: peak services between 12noon - 2pm will terminate on Friday 8 January until further notice.

TravelHubs & Customer Relations

Our TravelHub at Waverley Bridge and Shandwick Place will remain closed until further notice. However, our Customer Relations remain open seven days per week. To find out how to contact us, please click here.
