Our customer and colleagues’ safety is our number one priority, and we have taken some additional measures to help delay the spread of coronavirus.
Whilst on board we would appreciate if you could make these changes:
- Please can you clearly present your ticket to our on board team, the on board team should now check your ticket without touching it.
- Your smartcard can be checked by hovering it over the keypad of the Ticket Inspector's handheld device.

We have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning process by using a stronger grade disinfectant throughout the trams with particular attention paid to frequently touched points such as poles and doors. This method has also been rolled out to our Ticket Vending Machines, Validator Points and equipment used on board.
