980,000 m-tickets sold and counting...

Transport for Edinburgh are celebrating the run up to the sale of its one millionth m-ticket with a give away for m-ticket customers.

Starting on Monday 25th August, a winner of £25 worth of m-tickets will be picked at random daily from everyone who purchases m-tickets through the app that day, every day, until the one millionth m-ticket is sold. Then, whoever purchases the one millionth m-ticket will win a brand new iPhone 5c, along with £25 worth of m-tickets to load onto it!

Terms & Conditions
1. Employees of Transport for Edinburgh brand companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
2. The prize draw will closed immediately after the sale of the one millionth m-ticket – no further m-ticket purchases after that sale will be eligible for prizes.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
5. Winners of the daily prize, for £25 worth of m-tickets, will be chosen at random from all m-ticket purchases made on that day.
6. The overall prize winner will be the purchaser of the millionth m-ticket.
7. Winners will be notified by email to the email address to which their m-ticket account is registered, within 7 days of the millionth ticket being sold. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prizes from the winners and pick replacement winners.
8. Transport for Edinburgh’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
